I booked online last night then this morning I got an email saying my appointment has been rejected. The receptionist told me that my doctor rejected my appointment because it's been a while since I was there! What kind of doctor is that?! I never ever heard this before! And why would I see a doctor for no reason?!!!
My first visit to Shellharbour Medical centre, the reception staff were friendly and efficient. My doctor was professional and thorough.
Dr Gerges, Dr Vera and Dr Jones have always been so kind, caring and thorough and the reception staff and nurses are very thoughtful and friendly too.

The receptionists are always friendly helpful professionals who always have time to listen to enquires. The doctors are caring and easy to talk to and proficient in their diagnoses and treat you as a person not just a number. I am exceedingly happy with the Shell Harbour medical facility
